Over the weekend, while driving on the freeway, I saw another vehicle drifting a little too much, enough that my family encouraged me to keep my distance. As we passed, my daughter observed, “Yep. He’s texting.” It may not have been texting, but he was definitely distracted by a handheld gizmo.
