One winter evening many years ago, when I was in college, I was taking a date to a movie. As we were walking across a street on our way to the theater, I remember hearing a car approaching from behind. I instinctively put my arm in front of my date to keep her from walking any further. Then, just feet in front of us, a small car passed as it turned the corner. I remember as the car passed, that the window was frosted over, except for a small peephole maybe six inches across.
