Last month I made a mistake. Early one morning I was driving through the countryside near my home when I pulled up to a stop sign. If my memory is accurate, I waited until a vehicle approaching from my right passed through the intersection before proceeding. I was about halfway across the road when I realized there was a vehicle approaching from my left. This occurred to me as that vehicle hit my car. I received a ticket for failure to yield. Since I still have to appear in court, I can’t say exactly what lessons I’ll learn. (Or is that “le$$on$”?)
